More fun websites for students!

It's time for an addendum to my previous post from October. Here I will include a whole new batch of fun educational sites for students and teachers!

Up To 10 : This is a fantastic site full of many activities including music, story books, coloring and puzzles. It was designed for kids up to 10 years old, but is very appropriate for using with older students with developmental delays. Navigating the page is a bit complex at time and there is an annoying add bar on the left at all times making it visually distracting for some. However, the content is very good! A premium ad-free site is available for subscription that also has more content. It's about $50/year.

pbclibrary : This is a great site of mousing games containing many classic board games in a computer format like checkers, connect 4, battleship. It's all free and easy to navigate. Students can work on their mousing skill and critical thinking skills here. Stuff here for all ages and levels.

Flash Games: This site is a HUGE resource for free web-based flash games on the net. Play them online, or download them into your computer. All kinds of content is on here (stuff for kids, and stuff you wouldn't want kids to do such as shooting games and such). Use with supervision!

Teachers Use Tech : This is a great comprehensive list of educational game sites and other online activities. You'll want to bookmark this one!
